The system utilizes a substrate as the carrier material to hold prepared catalysts in a preset array. The substrate can be manufactured in various dimensions and shapes to fulfill the requirements of different screening processes.

快速连续的反应在线分析,支持离线分析 - 利用亚申高效集成工具每日筛选数量可达400个
The system utilizes rapid continuous analysis tool such as MS to perform on-line reaction analysis, while offline catalysts analysis is also available on corresponding analysis equipments. Integrated and cooperated with Yashentech’s other powerful tools, MRS is capable of processing catalyst screening in high throughput of up to 400 experiments per day.

The capabilities of the integrated system software include: experiment process design, experiment execution and control, system diagnosis and tracking, data processing and analysis. Through an easy-to-use visualized interface, the experiment process designer allows users to define substrate dimension and shape, specify reaction order, and separately set heating curve for each catalyst spot on the substrate, etc.

监控软件:实时控制和运行预设实验,并通过统一的图像视窗监测反应过程;自动获取过程数据并分类记录;软件内置的安全保护逻辑保证实验安全可靠的运行
The control and monitor software enables real time controlling and processing of pre-designed experiment and monitoring reaction process with a unified graphic view. The software facilitates automated data acquisition for recording system parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow type, flow rate, and real-time analytical data. The system’s software also provides various safety mechanisms and protection measurements to ensure a safe and better experimental environment.
