High throughput system for primary catalyst screening utilizing substrate as carrier

The system utilizes rapid continuous analysis tool such as MS to perform on-line reaction analysis, while
offline catalysts analysis is also available on corresponding analysis equipments. Integrated and cooperated
with Yashentech’s other powerful tools, MRS is capable of processing catalyst screening in high throughput of
up to 400 experiments per day.
The capabilities of the integrated system software include: experiment process design, experiment execution and
control, system diagnosis and tracking, data processing and analysis. Through an easy-to-use visualized interface,
the experiment process designer allows users to define substrate dimension and shape, specify reaction order, and
separately set heating curve for each catalyst spot on the substrate, etc.
The control and monitor software enables real time controlling and processing of pre-designed experiment and monitoring reaction process with a unified graphic view. The software facilitates automated data acquisition for recording system parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow type, flow rate, and real-time analytical data. The system’s software also provides various safety mechanisms and protection measurements to ensure a safe and better experimental environment.
